A free drop-in support group for moms with children ages 0-3. Share space together and build community while your children play. In partnership with Postpartum Support Virginia, Libby Hayes from Connected Beginnings will share tips on managing the mental load of motherhood, reducing overwhelm and self-doubt, and parenting in a way that feels authentic to you.*
During the warmer months we meet outside, but for winter we’ll meet in the basement of the church in the nursery/toddler room. There are plenty of toys for the kids!
