Online Therapy in Virginia & Washington, DC
I offer online therapy in Virginia and Washington, DC, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your home. All you need is a stable WiFI connection, a phone, laptop, or tablet with a camera, and a pair of headphones. Finding time for yourself as a parent is hard. You might feel like you don’t have time for therapy. Telehealth can make it easier.
You must be physically located in Virginia or Washington, DC at the time of online sessions.
Walk-and-Talk Therapy in Arlington, VA
I am also a certified Run Walk Talk® practitioner. Walk-and-talk sessions are offered in Arlington, VA parks and outdoor spaces giving you movement, fresh air, and dedicated time for yourself in one appointment.
