Helping moms feel like themselves again
Therapy for moms to be and new moms, parents of toddlers and beyond
Accepting clients late September 2025
You can heal and thrive as a parent
I specialize in helping parents find balance, joy, and confidence. If you are feeling overwhelmed, worried, or lonely — you’re not alone. I use an individualized approach that helps you overcome anxiety, heal the pieces that are holding you back, create community, and deepen connection.
Does this sound familiar?
Do you love your baby so much, but this isn’t what you thought motherhood would look like?
Do you find yourself checking your baby all night long? Is worry stealing the joy you expected to feel during this season?
Do you feel disconnected from it all? Or disconnected from the version of yourself you used to know? Rage that surprises you?
Are you struggling to transition back to work?
Are the toddler and preschool years exhausting you? No matter what you do you’re stuck in a cycle of tantrums and trying to do the impossible - stay on top of things, be a good partner, keep a house that isn’t a disaster zone, and be the mom you want to be.
Therapy can help you reconnect with the calm, confident parent you want to be

Online therapy in Virginia
Virtual therapy from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a stable WiFI connection, a phone, laptop, or tablet with a camera, and a pair of headphones. Finding time for yourself as a parent is hard. You might feel like you don’t have time for therapy. Telehealth can make it easier.
I also offer sessions in nature — we can meet for a walk and stack two things in your day, a bit of movement and time and space for yourself: a win win.
